About Image Integrator
Owners Scott Secord and Deana Gugger have been in business together for over 30 years, providing document scanning services across New York State. Together they built Image Integrator in 2005, and made their primary focus providing services to School Districts, Universities, and Libraries across Central and Upstate New York. In 2016 Image Integrator partnered with NYSID (New York State Industries for the Disabled) to prioritize employing members of our community with physical, mental, and developmental disabilities and our local veterans.
Located in the Westside of Syracuse, Image Integrator has built a dedicated sales and management team to oversee the production of millions of images annually.
Sales
Racquel Doris and Kevin Secord head up the Sales Team with 10 years and 8 years of experience respectively. Together they spread the word of our records management services to school districts across New York, and manage projects for new and loyal customers alike.
Management
Kari Berg has been with the team since 2018. She can be found at our front desk, managing the office, answering phones, and handling project estimates, grant proposals, HR, Payroll, and so much more!

This Mother-Son duo tirelessly keeps our production department running smoothly and efficiently. Kathy Kingsbury oversees all prepping and scanning stages of production, while Justin Kingsbury II oversees indexing for scanning and digitization services alike.
