Image Integrator offers a wide variety services, even above and beyond the standard document scanning.
Document Scanning
Our most prolific service without question, scanning paper documents into digital images such as tiff or pdf. Once digitized the files are indexed with your preferred metadata.
Microfilm/Microfiche Digitization
We'll take your microfilm and convert it to digital images just as we do with scanning, and index the files to make what was once a hassle to locate available from your PC.
Oversized Scanning
Just because we can't fit it into a scanner doesn't mean it can't be digitized. We have a 36"x48" scanning capacity using our 35mm overhead camera. Great for Newspapers or Capital Drawings.
Bound Book Scanning
Without ever leave the comfort of their spines, even the oldest and most delicate bound books can be carefully digitized. Using cradle technology, we can capture flat images from the first page to last.
Document Destruction
Once your records are digitized, there's no need to ever see them again. Secure, confidential destruction is available for all record types. And did you know that the best way to properly dispose of microfilm is to shred and recycle it? Image Integrator has a dedicated film shredder to get rid of your film once and for all.
Record Storage
Image Integrator offers record storage for a small fee per month. Records can be stored after scanning is completed, or prior to scanning in the case of an emergency or if you just need to free up the space! Many customers choose to store for 1 year after the completion of their project.
